"Cesar was awesome to work with. He replaced my old cracked backyard patio and sidewalk. Had a slight issue with one portion of the patio after the work was completed. Cesar was quick to respond and got the issue corrected. You can always judge how good a contractor is when you have an issue, not necessarily when everything runs smooth.
