"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. "Along with the work described in the Big Deal, he also installed an exterior light fixture over my porch. The work was fair but it still needs some additional work to correct a minor flaw that allowed snow to blow under the base of the globe. The base doesn't fit flush against the wall and there is a small opening. Apparently that is not something that they can repair, so I have to have someone else out to do that work. He was also late in arriving to my home."
