"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. The work was fair but it still needs some additional work to correct a minor flaw that allowed snow to blow under the base of the globe. The base doesn't fit flush against the wall and there is a small opening. Apparently that is not something that they can repair, so I have to have someone else out to do that work. He was also late in arriving to my home."
