I was happy with the work they did on my deck and patio. They responded professionally to my "what about this / What about that" questions before, during, and after the process. The only are of improvement I might point out - I would have liked them to communicate better. i.e. perhaps a text message like " weather looks good tomorrow, we are planning to come by in the afternoon." I would hire them again."

"Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.
