Ryan, sales mgr explained and answered all my questions, as well as explaining why the cost could go up due to a design problem that caused water to pool on the roof. Turns out that the fix had to change the look of my house! I told Bill, the carpenter on the team, that it was important to maintain my home's unique character. He came up with an idea that while it did change the look, it kept all the mid-century charm that I love. More importantly, the work done by the crew was excellent. I was able to watch them work. They were all business and efficiency. Bill installed 2 new skylights, and Ryan suggested a modification to allow even more light to come in. The crew was super clean and left my backyard in better shape than when they came. I feel that Ryan and Bill listened to everything I said and did not discount a word. A special thanks to Bill, because I never would have thought of the solution he came up with.

Ryan showed up and diagnosed the problem in under 20 minutes. I'd had 2 other professionals in the attic and he was the only one who actually used a tape measure. He found the issue and showed me a couple of other areas of improvement.

I can't complain about the work that was done. Top quality installation and product. When I signed contract with Eric he assured me that they would work with my insurance company. During the project, my insurance company contacted Ryan for information on the repairs and need for additional information. He avoided the call repeated. When he did answer, he made it clear that he NEVER works with insurance companies. He called me after the representative, to make it clear to me, that he is working for me. "you signed the contract." He was quite rude and insinuated that I contacted the insurance company and he expects full payment from me. My personal agent called him, and he told him the same, He does not work with insurance and that I signed the contract. Ultimately, my insurance company did'nt cover the complete job because of Ryan's lack of cooperation. I had to take a loan for $11,000. I emailed both Ryan and Robert, the president of the company, and got no response. Be careful with the financial agreement with this company.

Ryan was easy to work with. Was not absolute lowest quote for job but lower than most on Angies List. Honest and upfront. Crew was competent. Not the neatest but in the end no surprises and Trela delivered on all that was in contract.

They came out in a timely manner. Ryan was super friendly, and willing to give me multiple estimates for my needs. The turnaround time for the repairs were not long at all, and the work they did was solid. I am very satisfied with Trela, and would definitely use them for future repairs.

It went very well. The sales process was efficient, and Trela did what they said when they said they would do it. The few issues that came up were handled promptly and professionally. The only hiccup was a crew spreading out on my neighbor's property when we specifically asked that this be avoided. They remedied this last one immediately when made aware of the situation. We would definitely hire them again.

The project went very well. Work was done soon after the contract was signed. The crew was very courteous and efficient and got in our way very little considering that it took 4 1/2 days, including some interior work on the new skylights. Very professional!

"Our representative met with [Member Name Removed] on Monday October 9, 2017 at 4 pm. The customer had requested her attic insulation be inspected. Our representative did a complete and thorough attic inspection. The customer then requested a complete roof inspection, which our representative did at that time. The findings for the attic insulation and roofing inspection were then used to create two separate estimates, one for upgrading the insulation and ventilation in the attic space and also a separate estimate for replacement of the complete roof.
