"Along with the work described in the Big Deal, he also installed an exterior light fixture over my porch. The work was fair but it still needs some additional work to correct a minor flaw that allowed snow to blow under the base of the globe. The base doesn't fit flush against the wall and there is a small opening. Apparently that is not something that they can repair, so I have to have someone else out to do that work. He was also late in arriving to my home."

Pete let us lead the way but provided excellent ideas on design and materials. He even provided a video 3D rendering to ensure we were on the same page and could visualize before the project started. Pete maintained constant contact and provided updates on estimated start date even through some inclement weather which delayed us a few days. When the big day arrived, Pete showed up on time with his crew to walk through the plans and map out exactly where the pavers were to be set. Pete, his foreman and crew let us know that if we had any questions during the process to let them know. Any suggestion we made was handled quickly during the process with no questions asked.
