Added the dryer vent once they arrived, and they went on the roof and said they cleaned it, charged us an extra $89 for it, which was fine. Our HOA had all the dryer vents cleaned the next day, unbeknownst to us. The contractor blew out a lot of debris and said it hadn't been touched. That surprised us, cuz stuff was flying everywhere, but we contacted the company and they issued a prompt refund."
