James and his team really impressed! The quality of work was excellent, and the price was more than fair. James is a skilled communicator so I clearly understood the scope of work he was providing prior to work beginning. There were no scheduling or budgeting glitches. Additionally, he offered many very good suggestions. The best part was that he understood that my expectations and budget were not for an HGTV style gut rehab, rather that I was looking for a "make the kitchen useable" until I live here a bit and understand how my family uses the space. We had a meter box and wires that were an eyesore removed from the front of the house to the side. It was a lot of work. The price was very reasonable plus they replaced some bad fuses and an electric outlet. Great crew! We will not call anyone else.

I originally hired him to replace a door knob for one of my three business locations. He was extremely prompt getting back to me AND was going to squeeze me in first thing the next morning. I had an unexpected emergency come up at another location with a clogged dryer vent and he was so flexible in switching to take care of that for me and then rescheduling replacing the door knob. Very very professional and knows what heâ s doing. Heâ s now my go to guy! Thank you!

James and associates did a fantastic job of changing out a panel, making everything right! He brought the panel to code, and he corrected shortcuts throughout the house which may have been problematic in the future. I feel safer! He went beyond by switching out existing bulbs to replace with LED, thereby reducing my costs in the future. I’ll be calling him back for future projects! A+ :)
