He was so careful to keep everything clean. He sanded down the old first refinishing job and did a beautiful job on the application of the new finish. Plus, he was polite, friendly and fast. "I am thrilled with the results of our tub resurfacing! Our project was completed in about 3 1/2 hrs. on 6/24/24. We opted for the low odor option & am glad we did. Noise wasn't much of a factor either. Very responsive communication which made scheduling very easy. Professional, friendly, great service. Cleaned up very well at the end of the project. Our tub, which is cast iron & very likely original to our 100 year old house, was in terrible shape. I was embarrassed to have anyone see it. Now it looks brand new! I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"
