Totally on time Very fast repair would hire again

Not good at all, They over charged, 2hrs ($330) of work when only it took him 58 min, He said he needs to clean up and write up the paper work, That dose not take a full hr. And he still couldn't find where the leak is coming from.

It was excellent. They are very prompt, they did a very thorough job, and clean everything that they are doing. I trust them a lot.

I was very satisfied with the professionalism of this company. My plumber arrived promptly as promised, was respectful of my home, and performed excellent work in a timely manner. I realize that my issue was minor, however I have many other issues that will require repair in the future; and will hire this company again.

Fine. Technician had replacement parts and did not have to order, which may have taken a week. He was very professional and explained everything that had to be or could be done.

They were good. On time, did the job, and left. That's all I saw. I don't remember the actual cost. Whatever it was it was reasonable or I wouldn't have paid it.

VERY EXPENSIVE! Many reviewers said they were expensive, but I decided to give them a try and they were way expensive. Tenant said there was low pressure, and it turned out the water supply valve was closed too much, so he turned the knob and opened it. As long as he was there and to get my money's worth, we looked at other fixtures. He tightened a loose faucet and tightened a loose handle. Then he checked out a basement sewer smell. The drain was empty, so he told me to add water. 15 minutes and almost no work and he wanted $275! I questioned this and he said it would have been $60, but he had to go back to the truck for an allen wrench, so then it was $180. When I added the sewer, now it was $275. I said I would not pay that amount because it was out of line with the time spent and work involved. He lowered the bill to $180 and said he would probably get in trouble. I thought $180 was still too high so I called the office. He did agree to refund $80, but I shouldn't have to beg to not be overcharged. I won't use them again, and you better know what you're doing so they don't overcharge you.

Art was on time, very customer friendly, completed the repair satisfactorily, and repaired a bathtub leak, and also cleaned up satisfactorily.

It went well, as always you never know what to anticipated. Work done in timely manner, area was protective from water/dirt etc damage. GREAT JOB JEFF!

It was terrible.  Their price was actually high and there was no guarantee.  They didn't even un-stop my plumbing.  After they got in there, then they wanted to charge me $5,000 to dig up my yard.  So I called another plumber and then it got unplugged.

He was prompt, rerouted the drain piping to fix a section which flowed up, trapping excess water. Reasonably fast and very professional

They were pretty good. He was pretty efficient. I would tell a friend that they have pretty good service; long term. He was pretty efficient and very professional. One person came out to complete the service. It took him about 40 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves.

Could have been a cheaper price.
