"We are happy to hear your are pleased with the end results. We do not remove plumbing hardware because of the liability in removing or reinstalling it. We are not plumbers, and many of the surfaces we encounter are decades old and may have plumbing that can be very old and may pose issues when pieces are removed. Occasionally, removing these pieces, such as a bathtub drain, may cause disruption of the piping underneath the tub. We do not want to be responsible for any leaking that may occur afterwards if these pieces are removed and reinstalled."
