Very disappointed that I wasn't given the courtesy of a follow up to discuss the issue. Hired BHAAS to fix the problem, who provided excellent service and pricing that was less than the original job with K&D."

"Big mistake using this contractor . He provided a quote requesting 50% payment upfront, with the balance upon completion. As the project progressed, Casey continued to request additional funds, which were provided. This happened more than once, and the more money he received, the less frequently he/his crew showed up to complete the project. There were paint drippings in many places, and paint marks were visible on areas that were not intended to be painted. One of Casey subcontractors completed another project installation, and within two weeks, the imperfections in his work became apparent. When approached about this, Casey stated that the subcontractor had left the country for an unknown period of time. Casey was fired without completing the job, and he did not offer even a partial refund of the money paid to him. Bottom line: There are many good contractors out there, please do your research and find one other than Casey Armstrong and his Black Ops Painting"
