Fabulous! Rick did an excellent job. The shower is clean and sealed and finally, we can use it again! It's a large walk in shower with three large shower heads, so it gets a lot of use. Rick did a wonderful job. Also, the marble counter top looks shiny and beautiful again. Very impressive. We will definitely use Rick again.

Amazing. I have never seen my stone floors in my kitchen so clean. Rick did amazing job cleaning all our granite counter tops. He also got rid of the mold in our shower. Pricing was very fair. Outstanding work. I would use Rick again and recommend him to my friends.

Rick is very pleasant- punctual—answered all my many Qs on site and via emails —and really hard-working and focused, very knowledgeable. He also gave me an excellent idea for an easy cleaning poultice formula for me to do ahead of time to lighten up/remove old ingrained stone stains- which was a big help.

Over the years, I have hired a number of different people to clean and seal my kitchen countertops. But the first, and only, person to have done this so beautifully is Rick Arons from Marble & Granite Care Professionals. Unlike most countertops, mine are made of limestone. This stone is not like granite and cannot be treated as such, as others have done. Rick has been the only person who seems to have understood the properties of this stone. Not only did he do a wonderful job, but he is prompt, reliable, stands by his work, and very personable. I will continue to use him, as I now see no need to look elsewhere.

Rick was very knowledgeable and explained his method of working with our floor in detail. He answered all of our questions and gave us tips on how to care for the floor in the future. He was honest in explaining how the floor would look after he finished using the method he used to revitalize it. I am happy with his work and the finished product! I will use him for any "touch-ups" that are needed in the future.

We have used Rick Aron multiple times now. He is always easy to reach, easy to schedule, prompt on the day of service and efficient in doing the work. We will continue to use him to keep up the stone counters and floors in our home.

PLEASE: Get your quotation in writing! I had some spots and discolorations on my marble floors in two bathrooms (both less than 6' x 6'). I told Rick that i wanted gleaming marble floors like I had when i moved into my place. He agreed that he could do the job. It would take about 4 hours and cost about $500. He arrived on time, but was finished in about 2 hours. I ENDED UP PAYING $250 PER HOUR!!! I should have hired a lawyer to do it for less! There were missed spots and the floors really didn't look any different except for maybe one spot in one bathroom. He left one of my sinks dirty with cleaning materials. He asked to use the toilet before he left. Of course I said "yes", but I didn't expect to have urine all over my toilet and on my just cleaned marble floors. Unfortunately, this is a typical Angie's List experience for me.

I really didn't see like he did a whole lot. It seemed like he just sprayed them down and kind of wiped them. We expected him to put kind of a clear coat on the countertops and he didn't do that. He wasn't there for very long. I was under the impression that he was supposed to do more. I feel like he cleaned them. I don't feel like he really sealed them, at least what I expected him to do. I didn't really get what we expected or explained that maybe we should have expected something different. To improve, I think it's to explain what goes into what you're getting with the deal be it the cleaning and sealing and what they're using because like I said I don't really feel like they sealed them. I thought they cleaned them but... It's not really the best work. The guy was nice enough but again we don't really feel like we got what we thought we were gonna get. That'd be the worst part. I don't really have a comparison so it's hard for me to say, I mean the price was fine, but it goes back to doing the work we thought we were gonna get. Responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were fine.

Excellent. The kitchen was filthy and it looks beautiful now. The stone in my dining room and foyer look great. He is really nice to work with... kind, professional and very knowledgable about various stone surfaces.

Everything worked out fine. He did a very good job so I 'm overall pleased with his performance. I would highly recommend he's very good nice guy.

Rick was outstanding. He educated me on the proper care for the countertop and also helped to fully remove the stain, which was fruit juice that had settled into the granite for some time.

The work was done very professionally and the result is beautiful. I was impressed.

He did a great job, came in and was very efficient. Explained to me what I can do to avoid issues in the future and explained how I can maintain/care for the granite.
