K&D Maintenance and Repair

Bathtub refinishing. Received a 5 yr warranty with service. After 3 yrs, having issue with the finish. Tried multiple times to reach Rich via phone, text and email. No response. Very disappointed that I wasn't given the courtesy of a follow up to discuss the issue. Hired BHAAS to fix the problem, who provided excellent service and pricing that was less than the original job with K&D.

They were very respectful of our house. They answered all our questions and did an excellent and thorough prep job before starting on our kitchen sink. It turned out very nice and they cleaned up afterwards. Could not ask for more.

KD did a beautiful job in renovating my nearly 50 year old kitchen. They consulted with me at each step of the process, paid careful attention to detail, kept a meticulously clean job site, arrived on time and worked extra hours to produce a high quality job. Their employees were a pleasure to work with, and the end result was a kitchen that looked as good as new, if not better.

Communication was great, prompt and on time for the job. Explained the process and what the job entailed. KD Maintenance is professional and very detailed in the work they did for me. They painted my kitchen cabinets and finished painting my two story stairway. Prep and clean up was fantastic. Will recommend, and give them 5 stars. Reasonable pricing as well. Thanks!

I highly recommend KD maintenance and Repair - Rich Kiney did great work refinishing my kitchen countertops and cabinets and also did a good job refinishing my bathroom tub and tiles. Rich Kiney is a true professional and also a very nice guy.
