Good. I was very happy with his effort, even though we were not able to get all issues out.

We had a Corian sink/countertop installed in our bathroom about 4 years ago. Gradually, grey irregular spots started showing up. I tried every remedy I could find on the internet: Comet, bleech, sandpaper. I tried Corian Customer Service. Nothing would remove the spots. I had a contractor come out and sand the surface -- he spent over an hour on it. Finally got rid of the spots.
Six weeks later, the spots began showing up again.
This time, we called a certified fabricator, American Counter Refinishers. He cut the Corian sink out, and dropped in a beautiful porcelain sink. No more spots! The process was not particularly messy, the countertop is in pristine shape, and you'd never know that the porcelain sink wasn't there from the beginning.
Frank was responsive, courteous, professional, neat and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone needing solid surface repairs.

Frank responded to my call right away, gave me an estimate over the phone by working with me to measure my approximate square footage and set up a date to come do the work. He came quickly and arrived on time and as expected. He worked on my stained, white sink first that had some damage that he was able to sand out. He then sanded the countertop that had lots of scratches to a nice matte finish (he asks you up front if you want a shiny or matte finish). I also had a damaged spot on an edge that he was able to repair and fill in. My sink and counters looked brand new when he was done. It's unbelievable! As a matter of fact, someone stopped by later in the day and asked if I got new countertops! Frank told me how to take care of my counters and keep them beautiful for a long time. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend Frank.

I have a Corian bathroom sink that had lots of spots and streaks. I tried every method recommended to remove them, but they would not budge. So ACR came to professionally remove them. Frank was professional, courteous, prompt, and did a great job. He said these spots were as stubborn as he's ever seen, and even though the work took twice as long as normal, he was determined to remove them all, and called me to look at the work three times, so we were both satisfied. He also took quite a bit of time to try to identify the cause of the spots, so they would not occur in the future. I would definitely call him again.

Frank arrived on time, explained his process and perfectly executed his tasks. The result was remarkable, even prettier than the original. Throughout his work, he clearly explained his process, was happy to talk in a very friendly way, yet never stopped or slowed down his efforts or ever missed a beat in the process. I do have one important suggestion to anyone having a counter refinished: despite Frank's diligent use of a vacuum attached to his special sander and use of a kitchen exhaust fan during the process, you should expect fine dust throughout the area (beyond the kitchen). Either close off the kitchen with plastic sheeting or expect to clean every horizontal surface on the first floor of your home. That said, Frank was outstanding and his result was perfect..

Great job! Looks like we installed new countertops. On time, professional and a very fair price. A nice guy on top of it. I have already given his name to two others who were looking for the same kind of help.

Great. I wasn't sure anything could be done about the stains or the cracks, but the sink looks like new now.

The counter looks like new. Frank and his other worker were prompt, professional, and did a great job. The only reason it took a while from the time I placed the order is that they had to wait for the sink to be shipped.

Mr. Wenzon returned my initial call within 24 hours and we made an appointment within one week. He called the night before to confirm the 8AM appointment time. He was professional, on time, and cleaned up. He had explained to me that this was a dusty job, so I removed everything from my countertops in the whole kitchen. He draped the kitchen off with plastic while working to cut down on the dust. Lots of sanding and polishing. Frank explained that the repair would be considered inconspicuous as it is sometimes hard to match colors exactly. So upon inspection of the job when he finished, I was amazed at how perfect it was. The crack is totally indistinguishable to the naked eye. And I am very pleased. Mr. Wenzon has returned to polish the rest of the counters which was a separate job. Again, I am very pleased. Ten year old counters look like new.
