"Very well. The window was ready for installation in 4 weeks (they did put on a rush for us). The crew was on time, the installation went smooth and the crew did a good job cleaning up afterwards. The windows on either side of the bay open, and we had one issue with the right side window catching on a metal tab before it opened completely. We called Excel and they returned to evaluate and correct the problem within a week."

"Daryl the sales rep went through the initial process thoroughly and explained everything about the project. Lauren made sure the scheduling went smoothly. There was an issue with the dumpster placement at first and she was able to take care of it right away. Walter and his crew exceptional throughout the installation of the roof and answered any questions I had throughout that project. I would highly recommend the crew and home genius exteriors."
