Job was completed in approximately a half hour & the issue with a very slow kitchen drain was completely resolved. Tim did an excellent job of describing the work. "After the big spring rains, water began seeping into my basement at several locations. I could see tree roots encroaching on the sump pump and assumed that drain tile was clogged resulting in water pressure strong enough to seep through the joint between the foundation wall and the floor. Tim explained that tree roots should be killed off with copper sulfate and that seepage was likely the result of cracks in the foundation wall that are covered up by the drywall. He said a single leak can appear in multiple locations as it travels along the 2x4's anchored to the floor. We talked about how I could go about finding cracks. He showed me the machine he would use if I decided to have him clear out the drains and warned that the silt and debris may tear up my sump pump. His focus was on helping me understand what my options are, not selling me a service I may not need and for that I'm grateful. I will definitely call him back when the time comes."

"Patrick came the same day we called him, worked hard to open up our clogged sewer and when snaking didn't fix it explained our options in a clear and professional manner. He and his crew were punctual, cleaned up after themselves and did good work. We enjoyed working with Patrick and feel we got a good deal considering everything that needed to be done. When it became clear that we had a serious problem, he quoted us one price for the digging and new clean-out installation and didn't charge us for the initial snake and scope services. He also got the inspector to recommend fixing the sewer under the street, and that was accomplished in a timely manner since a new water main had just been installed on our street and the paving hadn't been completed. We can now feel confident our AirBnB guests will no longer have any plumbing issues!"
