"We didn't receive the sign off from the city inspector. called Lincoln sewer, a couple of days later paperwork was left in the doorway. A simple receipt signed with the word "passed". The inspectors card was with it. I called him and asked how did the line look out to the street? He said he didn't know cause there was no camera to view the line. I asked him what did he pass then? he said the installation of the cleanout. I called Lincoln sewer, they came out again, re rodded, ran the camera down the line. It was clean from the catch basin to the parkway, but at the curb and beyond there was water in the line and you couldn't see anything. Lincoln sewer seemed to find that odd. they ran 50 ft of rod and camera into the street and the camera, and kept on searching in the street for where the rod or camera had made it do. but couldn't find it. They stated "your drain is fine" those pipes in the street could make a drop off. Me being overtly trusting, I helped load their heavy equipment into the truck and off they went. ........I've been calling the ward office to have the tree causing the problem to be removed, and they told us we should sign up for the city's private drain program, where the city checks the drains and fixes the drain if the problem is in the parkway to the street. I called the city and they said I had to hire a licensed plumber to rod and camera the line with an inspector to sign off on! I told him what took place, and he said, that's not right, call lincoln sewer back and have them camera the line with an inspector present to see it to the street. the permit is good for a year. Infuriated, I called lincoln sewer, only to rudly @#$#@ curse at the nice lady who answers the phone for them. My bigley Bad. Instantly I got a call back ******** me out for my language! I agreed, it wasn't her fault, it was his. We're scheduled for a 3rd time, with a camera and an inspector. I called the nice lady back and apologized. The third and visit is next week. The season pro from Lincoln sewer was upset when he found out no cam was present for the inspector. He felt bad by not being their, I should have been there, but had to leave, do to mom in laws things. But that doesn't change anything. I still coughed up 2800 bucks. Have had no water back up issues since, nobody likes paying for a service that was sold to me, then not getting it. A city inspector didn't look at a camera and inspect my drain from beginning to the street. There could still be a problem, and there shouldn't be. A lot of Ugliness has happened and is still happening. None of this would have occurred if the camera was there for the inspector to view as contracted on the the first visit. I'm upset, the nice ladies upset, the Lincoln sewer is upset. But I still don't have proof from the city that things things are good as promised or paid for."

"Greentech I am a mechanic by trade and usually prefer to do tackle DIY (do it yourself) projects on my own , but on occasion sometimes you have to swallow your pride and "ask for help" as was my situation last weekend. After installing an ADA Compliant Gerber toilet I was cleaning up our dated bathroom when I discovered that the vanity basin was draining slower & slower until it CEASED draining! I'm always hesitant to tackle plumbing projects in my house because the combination of cast iron and galvanized pipes in a 75 + year old home (time is a major factor) both in age as well as my patience. As it turns out after dismantling the p-trap and draining the contents i.e.: soap, hair,sludge all over my floor which I had previously cleaned 10 minutes prior I was losing my patience, after rodding the suspected area I still had no success. That is when I decided to call Greentech . -Kevin returned my call promptly and arranged for a technician to come the next day. -Next day , Tim showed up 20 minutes early (a good trait) , I explained what I attempted to do and had prepped the area for him, another 20 minutes later my bathroom drain was working like new! His experience using a rodding snake allowed him to steer it in the correct path where the obstruction was cleared! Since the job went so quick I asked him if he could repair a leaking copper elbow that was attached to my water heater? -No problem! another issue resolved in record time! -Summary: 5 Stars! = Prompt, Courteous, Clean, Efficient and Reasonably priced and professional ! ...Don't be afraid to ask for help ! -Eric S."

"Johnny was great, professional and came up with a good solution. He used heat gun to loosen PVC joint to decouple from T connected to rest of plumbing - it came off in pieces, not solid piece, so took a while. He then re-prep’ed and made up a new PVC assembly. Took patience and nearly 5 hrs working in challenging area - did leak check and everything looks to be holding (used one rubber coupling - will check periodically & leave access panel instead of closing wall)."

"Trust! I think trust is most important in choosing an expert to fix a problem. Of course experience, knowledge, ability and integrity are also needed. But trusting the reviews written by others or trusting the recommendation of a friend is sometimes all we have to go by. I had a clogged drain about 15 feet “downstream” from my kitchen sink. It was the result of overzealous use of the garbage disposal. I tried snaking the drain myself but the clog was too big (turns out about 2 feet of drain was totally blocked). I did research on several websites looking for a plumber in my area who I could trust to do the work right - at a fair price. I narrowed the list to 4 companies. At 7:15 PM on a weekday I called each of them. I got two answering services that could not answer any of my technical questions, another said they would have someone call me back “in a few minutes” (never happened) and then there was Dmitry. Dmitry is one of the owners of CJ Plumbing. He answered the phone himself. He was able to discuss my issue intelligently, explain the likely scenarios and give me an estimated price range (min and max) for the job. It was clear from his questions and his input that he understood the problem and knew the likely solutions. As it turns out, he was absolutely correct about the issue and what it would take to fix it. I wanted to consider what he said before making a commitment. He said I could call him back anytime in the next few hours. I called several hours later and again he answered the phone and we scheduled a visit for the following afternoon. The plumber who showed up (not the person I spoke to) was a delight to work with. He was professional, polite, and patient as he answered my many questions. He tried a few “easy” options to fix the problem (e.g. using a powered drain snake). When those did not work he said the best option was to cut out the clogged section of drain (which he had located) and replace it with a new section of pipe. The clogged part of the pipe included two 90 degree bends. He removed that section and replaced the sharp bends with pairs of 45 degree bends to allow waste to pass through the more easily. The drain pipe ran along the ceiling of my unfinished basement so there was direct access to the pipe. After replacing the section of pipe he verified that there were no leaks and cleaned up the area of the basement where he worked as well as the area under the kitchen sink. He even cleaned the sink. I was VERY pleased with his work and with his personality. The cost of the repair was within the range quoted on the phone (though near the higher end). My trust in CJ Plumbing was rewarded by their performance and their honesty. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family. I recommend them to YOU."

Followed up and did not exert any high pressure tactics while we waited for quotes from competitors. Always available to answer questions. Installation crew was prompt, very courteous and their installation was skilled. Crew had to move both washer and dryer in order to gain access to sump pit. Cleanup was very thorough and without any complaints. Would do business with this company again and recommend them to anyone."

"Mike and Matt were great, they were skilled, efficient, and friendly. I thought replacing an under-mount stainless steel sink in an existing granite cutout would be very difficult at best. I knew replacing the faucet and disposal would be a routine job. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire job went fine and they were finished in 2.5 hours. They cleaned up the work area and hauled away the old sink, etc. I will say that their prices are high, but I was willing to pay for quality work, especially with the tricky sink replacement."

I recently purchased my home and have had several contractors come out and take a look at plumbing issues, F3 was by far the most straight forward and gave me a great quote. I ended up having them fix a leak in my water main line, rod the sewer, replace and upgrade my 50 gallon water heater with a 75 gallon water heater, demo and reinstall a full bathroom with bath tub, tile, and floor replacement (looks brand new beautiful and modern), and install a brand new dishwasher with a new connecting water line.
