"Great! They were unable to get all the way to the street from the catch basin. It was suggested I add a sewer clean out assure all the roots were gone and make it easier for future cleaning. This was suggested in the past, by another company , but the cost was out of sight. This company was very fair in price for both the cleaning (which included the inspection with the camera) and for the clean out installation."

"I called on a Friday morning, and the plumber was at my door 45 minutes later. I had tried to fix the sink clog myself, but the PVC pipes were glued together and I didn't have the tools or patience to figure out how to get them apart. He was efficient, allowed me to watch as he did the repairs, was very patient in answering all of my basic plumbing questions, and was just a darn nice guy. He ensured everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. Will definitely use them again, and will recommend them to my neighbors."

"A lot more to discuss about this than I would like. Drain tile construction seems fine, which is the most important part of this project by far! We will learn more upon a rainy season in the fall or spring. Demo was not as clean as we would have liked. We have steel studs in basement, so they pushed out walls to put drains to window wells behind electrical conduit for outlets. This ripped the drywall off of studs and pulled framing away from windows. We had to rerun electricity around the new drains and do some repairs because of this. If we had wood studs, we do not think that they would not have been able to cause as much damage, so this shortcut cost us some work. There is also a small dent in our ceiling on the main floor from when they were carrying materials. Dust was everywhere. They left the door to the basement open during demo and construction so dust was all over our main floor. Also, they mixed the concrete in our garage, so everything we move out of the basement to avoid dust is now covered in concrete dust. This is very difficult to remove since mixing with water will form more concrete. They asked what we need from them to fix this, but we do not see a good solution other than wiping down each individual item ourselves. It's a lot of work we spent a lot of time trying to avoid by following Alex's recommendations. There was a miscommunication and Reliable Basements did not put the new sump pump in, plus the check valves were put 2 inches from the lid of the sump pit leaving the pit inaccessible to us. After several attempts at communicating with them, they responded and replaced it and fixed the check valve placement in a timely manner. They missed a crack in the foundation, but were quick to come out and fill it for the same price they offered during the drain tile installation."

I recently purchased my home and have had several contractors come out and take a look at plumbing issues, F3 was by far the most straight forward and gave me a great quote. They preformed the work professionally and efficiently. Within a day they were able to come out and look at my plumbing and equipment. I ended up having them fix a leak in my water main line, rod the sewer, replace and upgrade my 50 gallon water heater with a 75 gallon water heater, demo and reinstall a full bathroom with bath tub, tile, and floor replacement (looks brand new beautiful and modern), and install a brand new dishwasher with a new connecting water line. They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit. "Wanted a whole house humidifier installed in my 1,100 square foot townhouse.  Not much space to work with and was not sure if one would fit.  Found Black Diamond on Angie's List and was able to set up an appointment promptly.  Phone staff was courteous and professional.  Had technician come out to view the furnace and verify install could be done.  There was no charge for the inspection.  Technician verified humidifier could be installed and explained the process and said he could install that day and I gave the go ahead.  Install went smoothly with no issues.  Technician explained how to use the humidifier.  Humidifier is running great and my house finally has humidity.  Would recommend Black Diamonds services as I was pleased with the install.  Company was prompt and professional through out the whole process.
