This was suggested in the past, by another company , but the cost was out of sight. This company was very fair in price for both the cleaning (which included the inspection with the camera) and for the clean out installation."

I ended up having them fix a leak in my water main line, rod the sewer, replace and upgrade my 50 gallon water heater with a 75 gallon water heater, demo and reinstall a full bathroom with bath tub, tile, and floor replacement (looks brand new beautiful and modern), and install a brand new dishwasher with a new connecting water line. "Wanted a whole house humidifier installed in my 1,100 square foot townhouse.  Not much space to work with and was not sure if one would fit.  Found Black Diamond on Angie's List and was able to set up an appointment promptly.  Phone staff was courteous and professional.  Had technician come out to view the furnace and verify install could be done.  There was no charge for the inspection.  Technician verified humidifier could be installed and explained the process and said he could install that day and I gave the go ahead.  Install went smoothly with no issues.  Technician explained how to use the humidifier.  Humidifier is running great and my house finally has humidity.  Would recommend Black Diamonds services as I was pleased with the install.  Company was prompt and professional through out the whole process.
