"This was my first experience with J&S Plumbing, and I was very pleased. The outside discharge pipe from my basement sump pump had developed a leak and was flooding my yard. Despite the fact that the ground was saturated, they were able to dig down, find the leak, repair it, and then did a great job putting back all the mud and grass so that it is level. "Prime Baths is one of the most impressive companies my husband and I have had the privilege of working with. Kevin came out to give us a quote and we didn't feel rushed as we tried to agree on what we actually wanted. When it came time to decide how to pay, you can pay in full or finance. We gave a deposit and decided to pay in full at the end of the project, so the materials were ordered. Material arrived on time, we scheduled the installation, and we pulled the dream installation team of Bill and Lennon. These two were amazing, they took out the old tub/shower and had the new walk-in shower installed in day one. They were very professional, personable, and knew what they were doing. They were back on day two to install the floor, vanity, linen closet, mirror, and towel bars. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company if you were thinking about making a change in your bathroom(s). Added plus to all of this, they have a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship!!!"
