"I hired Hargrave Investment Property Solution, to professionally dig 5 post holes using 8ft large, heavy steel posts. He was very inquisitive and made sure he understood what i wanted done. I tell you that young man was very professional, charismatic, attentive, knowledgeable, patient, precise and detailed. My posts are straight, even, lined up and the foot of the post he installed looks uniformed too. The young man Phillip knows what he is doing and is great at it. He took his time to make sure the measurements were spot on and he finished digging and installing all 5 post holes well under 3 hours. I will most definitely hire him again for any future projects. Also I would refer him to all my family and friends because not only does he know what he is doing, he is honest and trustworthy too. It was a privilege to have met and hire him. "Garage was built well. Wasn’t happy with the concrete guys they used.(0 stars)Thought I’d have a patio poured as they did the slab for the garage to make it easier. They ended up sloping it towards the house. Water runs towards my house on rainy days and sits behind my basement foundation. Very noticeable by eye too. When I put a table or chair on it, the whole set sits crooked. I have to wedge it with a piece of wood to keep it level. I have cracks in several places as well after the first year which I know no one guarantees but thats besides the point. Called them to address the issue but never got a response to the problem. I’ve had to look at it everyday for the last 2 years and it frustrates me. Called them back, explained the situation again…. even suggested to redo it at cost….they said they would get back to me ….but no response…again. They tell you about how good they are but when you try to address it, they don’t do anything. I guess I’ll have to tear it out and it replaced by someone else. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I gave them plenty of opportunities to make it right. It’s ashamed because I had a lot of people asking me for referrals. I even paid more that other quotes thinking they were different. I didn’t feel confident in recommending them. If anyone wants to see the work, please let me know. Hope it was worth it guys! UPDATE: 4/24 Bob proactively reached out to me and was unaware of the issues I had with the concrete. Internal communication issue? I don’t know. Apparently they've had issues with that concrete contractor and no longer use them. Garage4you said they want to make it right. Totally wasn't expecting that. Currently in the process of correcting the issue. I will update the review once completed. Just thought I'd let everyone know as you are gearing up for garage work soon. Maybe I was wrong and there are good ones out there. We shall see. UPDATE: 5/25 Well....a year has gone by and Issue has not been resolved. I reached out toward the end of summer thinking that they were busy and would do it in fall. Never happened. Obviously couldn't do it in winter. I told them let’s set it for early spring. I had to called in April to follow up. There has been no sense of urgency on their part. I keep getting the run around as if they didn't want to do it anymore. Not sure why this is so hard. You had a different contractor come out to validate that it wasn't done right. Then you put it in writing what needs to happen and it still hasn't. I even have all the texts archived. This is getting frustrating again but goes back to my original intuition. They are really good at telling you "how good they are" but when it comes to things like this, don't want to take responsibility; even though they acknowledged it. (which is worse in my opinion) Just wanted to get this done before I beautify my backyard as I know it will get torn up. I will give them one more week to schedule or tell me what is happening. If I don't hear back, I i'll most likely have to take it to the next step. Hopefully my next update is more promising. I've posted some pics so you can see what I am talking about. Pics don't do justice. 6/25/2025-Well. Now they are ignoring me. Guess I have to take it to the courts.............This is why contractors get a bad name! 9/25. Formal demand letter sent before it goes to courts"

"Edison from Land Brothers showed up on time, got right to work and immediately began cutting the screw heads. It took him no time at all to remove the screws and replace the bad deadbolt with a new one. He also seemed very trustworthy. He went above and beyond to work with my schedule to get in as quickly as possible to get the job done in time for a village inspection and closing on the sale of the home. I would definitely hire him again."

"Michael has not shown up for the 10am appointment per Giovanni who contacted me yesterday and scheduled the appointment. It is now 11am. No one call or follow up at all. Waited for an hour and no show. This is not how business works. Can't trust your company already since you can't even committee a simple appointment. Very disappointed and waisted my valuable time. Please don't call my number anymore. I would give no star but not an option. Highly NOT recommended!!"
