Martin, Brian, and their crew did an amazing job! The addition turned out beautifully. Emerald Builders were professional in all areas and always responsive to our emails or phone calls. We will use Emerald Builders again. We feel so lucky to find such great people who truly care about the work they do.

They're fine. They did a good job. I liked the fact that they came everyday and that the same person came. Their pricing was reasonable for what they did. They were expensive but they were worth it. They cleaned up everyday.

We were considering an addition to our home and reached out to Emerald Builders for a bid. They were doing a 2nd story addition on a neighboring home and I noticed they were on the job every day and the job seemed to be completed in a reasonable timeframe.
When I called they took the time to learn about our project and promptly followed up with some times to come by for a walk-thru. They completed the walk-thru and provided a detailed quote about 2 weeks later. They came by the house to meet with us to go over the quote, answer questions and basically give us a run down of how they thought the job would go.
Their pricing was very competitive and they were really professional. I really appreciated how they spoke to me like a person and not like a and quot;homeownerand quot; who didn't have a clue about construction, as some of the other GC's did.
In the end we decided not to move forward with the project right now. However, based on my experience I would recommend them to friends.

It went well. some delays but over all I am satisfied.

The guy came to give an estimate and he never followed through. I spent time with him and talked about the project. He totally blew me off. The guy seemed like he had been doing work for a long time. He also seemed that he liked what he was doing. He just never followed through with me.

They have done anything that I needed since we started using them. We own an apartment building as well and they will do odd jobs around there for us as well. I am very pleased and would recommend them because of the responsiveness of their crew.

The estimate was more than I had anticipated, but they were willing to work with me on the payout schedule. The project started on time and went very well. I added some additional work to the project and they were fair about the additional charges. The communication was good and the quality of the work was very good. Out of all of the contractors I have ever dealt with, Martin and Brian have been the best. They are fair, honest, easy to get a hold of, clean up every day and take pride in a job well done.
