The estimator visited and walked me through everything, took his time to look for potential causes of a our problem, questioned up extensively about when we had problems and ended up suggesting that we start small (and inexpensive) to see if fixing a crack would solve problems. Other estimators with other companies went straight to really expensive drain tile systems without looking for other possible solutions. The work was scheduled promptly and they did a great job. They called back and checked on how everything was working 24 hours after the install, and scheduled a second visit to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with the result. I would hire Real Seal again and highly recommend them."

"Kevin's crew began the project by re-glueing several tiles that were very loose. Then they came back the next day to install new grout. They actually asked what color I wanted (unusual, as someone else put non-matching grout on only a portion of the tiles). Another person in a prior attempt to fix this shower used non-waterproof grout. I'm lucky this was redone before any damage was done. Kevin made sure I wanted white grout. They did an exceptional job. This shower never looked this good, even after it was first installed. They cleaned the tiles and flooring before leaving and made sure I was happy with their work. Kyle asked for matching wall paint to fix a section that looked terrible where it met the tiles. Kevin's crew made sure to accommodate my quirky schedule. They were considerate of my little dog. They are professional and pleasant. They do absolutely incredible work. The best part is that Kevin hires veterans for his company, thereby benefitting them and those of us who hire them. Kevin is meticulous about that he does and how he is going to do it. He discusses what he will do before the job, so you aren't ever in the dark about what is going on. "We had been in the market for new windows on the back of our house for some time but just had not made a decision due to the number of windows, the cost and indecisiveness in design. When a Rogue Golf Ball shattered one of our windows we were forced to make a decision. We contacted The Chicago Window Guys after seeing the spectacular work they did for my Neighbours home. I was connected with Mark who present us with a lot of options but made it very easy to make a decision with out being overwhelmed. The area of our house which we had re-windowed was very odd as it was 2 stories of 10 sliding glass doors in the 4 season room (5 on top and 5 on the bottom) installed by the original owner. Mark presented us with some great options. Once we came to a decision the work was scheduled and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Mark was always available to answer questions, the gentleman that measured the windows was on time, speedy and had a great customer service persona. The guys installing were friendly, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I have more windows to replace and will be calling Chicago Window guys when that time comes. We also decided to have them do some of my other doors and will use them for many other projects in the future. I even told all my neighbours how good the work was. Several neighbours have since had them do work on their home as well. Besides the windows which we love we also had a back door replaced. Our 4 season room is no longer cold and drafty in the winter and we are so happy for the work. We have held several family functions in this room including a large Thanksgiving and Christmas gathering – which we would have never been able to do previously. Thank you Chicago Window Guys!"

"We had our windows installed last year. Before I rated them I wanted to see how they performed over one of the northern Wisconsin winters. Made it thru the winter in great shape. I couldn't be more pleased with the 12 new windows that we had installed. I would gladly recommend them to anyone interested in a great rugged reliable and well insulated window, I think their guarantee is very good but I don't think I will have to use it. Again. "The previous owner I bought the house from concealed the rotten windows and the home inspector my realtor recommended did not mention that the windows need to be replaced. 5 years later, water started to come into the house and I learned that not only I need windows, but my house susteined significant damage. I looked for a local company willing not only to replace the windows, but to fix the potential damage as much as possible. Not a same day or 2 days replacement company that will slap the new window in the rotten frame but someone willing to replace a rotten stud or seal. And I found Travis that made me an excellent impresaion- honest, knowledgeable and surprisingly, not pushy. After an initial quote I let it sit for about 2 weeks until I decided and except an email asking me if I have more questions...which I had -about 10 of them lol, he let me decide. In 4 weeks his team was already on site. Now his guys are the best. I had Adam and Rafal installing my windows and oh, my , when they opened the walls I was looking in disbelief at the rotten wood. They were able to replace all that rotten wood including wood studs, top and bottom seal, joists, etc and make the window casing look like new. Most companies either walk away or cover the rot but these guys were absolutely amazing. Every detail was adressed and every concern was answered. And I was not an easy customer because I was over concerned and watched everything they did, asking a bunch of questions. Yeah, that kind of a customer. What can I say. There are a lot of windows companies but these guys standed apart being able to handle this complex and challenging project.
