They referred me to another company they worked with and said they could do the job. When that service man came out, he said they would not do the job unless I bought a new patio door for $2500. I did not hire them for that. A lot of time wasted while the subzero weather was going on. I have since found a handyman that is going to repair the sliding door."

The estimator visited and walked me through everything, took his time to look for potential causes of a our problem, questioned up extensively about when we had problems and ended up suggesting that we start small (and inexpensive) to see if fixing a crack would solve problems. Other estimators with other companies went straight to really expensive drain tile systems without looking for other possible solutions. The work was scheduled promptly and they did a great job. They called back and checked on how everything was working 24 hours after the install, and scheduled a second visit to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with the result. I would hire Real Seal again and highly recommend them."
