"When I arrived home on August 31st at around 10:30 pm. I noticed water leaking from my air conditioning unit and was damaging my hard wood floor already. I immediately texted Charlie and asked him if he was available to come fix it. He replied whiting minutes and told me that he could be at my house the next day around noon. He arrived at 12:30 the next day and started working on my air conditioner. He had to cut the drainage pipes because they were clogged and were causing the water to leak. "Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. This sewer line was CLOGGED... his team dug the hole, replaced the pipes, cleaned them out and discovered tree roots and 4 feet of stuff that shall not be named. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."

I told him what I needed and he insisted again for video now down to $150, then again down to $125. They did send the quote for the work but were higher than others by $3,000, so we are hiring others."

"It went extremely well. The company sent out a plumber within 30 minutes to diagnose the issue. The hot water heater wasn't connected to the piping and water was gushing out instead of draining into the piping. It was a simple fix and the plumber came in and didn't charge for the 5 minute fix. I was so thankful. I would definitely recommend and use them again."
