As one of the leading ventilation system experts, we provide air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, for both residential and commercial property types. We also provide HVAC services for residential properties. Founded in 2002 from a small office in Naperville, IL, Mr. Duct was born with a singular mission in mind: to improve the indoor air quality for the Greater Chicagoland community. Committed to doing so with both integrity and quality, owner Keith Thompson quickly hired his first three employees and gained NADCA certification—the industry’s most thorough set of standards for HVAC inspection, cleaning and restoration services. After answering the call to improve thousands of homes and businesses’ indoor air quality, Mr. Duct experienced explosive growth: first relocating to a larger office in Lisle, IL and then establishing seven additional offices to ensure outstanding service for both Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. The booking process was quick and efficient—within just a few minutes, I received a fixed-price quote regardless of how long the job would take. They were able to schedule the appointment for the very next day and even offered a same day appointment, which was incredibly convenient. Our technician, Sergio, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to walk us through the entire cleaning process. He provided before-and-after photos (our ducts were in rough shape!), performed a thorough cleaning, and left everything spotless throughout the home. Sergio also went above and beyond by explaining how to use our dampers properly and offering helpful recommendations for filter sizes and upgraded vent covers available on Amazon. There was absolutely no upselling, and even though the job took nearly twice as long due to the condition of our ducts, the price remained exactly as quoted. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. I also appreciate that they do not charge an extra fee if you use credit card! I would absolutely recommend Mr. Duct to anyone in need of duct cleaning services and will definitely be using them again in the future!"
