Hello, My name is John, I am the owner/service technician. Ive been servicing appliances for 30 years and have gone off by myself to start a new opportunity. I do all I can to take care of the customers. Sorry I do NOT work on refrigeration. I take care of most major brands Whirlpool, G.E., Maytag, JennAir, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Etc.. I can help with washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, compactor, disposals, microwave

Mr. Starke charged me $70 for a service call and then claims he can't get the part. This is a total ripoff as I was able to get the part myself direct from GE. Mr Starke should refund my $70 since he did not earn it.

"I’m very sorry you feel that way...the source I use to look parts up from, listed it as no longer available...I’m sure I showed the page to you...and they are reputable...the $70 trip charge to the home is the fee to come out...you did not contact me either to discuss this"
