We are a small locksmith company that has been around for 10 years. Each year we continue to grow and expand our services. We do not use any sub contractors. We only hire the best and make sure they continue to train to enhance their skills. We offer great competitive prices throughout all the Chicago land area. We are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and do not have any additional fees for after hours or weekends. We offer billing procedures for customer that have used our services in the past and wish to continue. We have a very motivated team that will continue to do their best and help the company meet and succeed customer’s expectations.

David D was great! Got out here super quick, was very friendly, and did a quality job on replacing my old hardware. Tried for months to get someone to replace an old door handle and these guys were the only ones to pull through.

It went well. We called them, and they were able to get to me in about an hour. Juan spent a lot of time trying to get in but the lock was actually broken. We didn’t know that. We had been unknowingly living with a lock that was broken, so it was an accident waiting to happen under the right circumstances.

Aedan was punctual, polite, and professional. He worked quickly and did a wonderful job. He replaced one deadbolt, repaired another one that was loose, and fixed a latch that was preventing the door from staying closed.

I was a walk in, and although two employees were discussing a job they were heading to, they immediately paused and asked for another to come to the desk. Jordan came straight away, and was extremely helpful with my problem! He was able to find the right parts, and even saved me an unnecessary purchase and a fair bit of money! It took a while to get here as they had a lot of lock outs today but once Robert was here he was quick, courteous and friendly. He got right to it and had the door open in less than 5 minutes. Definitely will hire again.

Matt F. was so helpful! He came out in an emergency to fix the lock on our condo’s back gate, after someone broke in with a crowbar. He looked at it, gave us options for how to fix it, and was very quick in doing the work. Matt even left us with recommendations for how to improve the lock on that gate - switching it to a more secure type. We’re calling an HOA vote to do that work, but plan to call him back for the next job soon. Very happy with his help already, coming out at 9pm to make sure we’re safe.

I always come to Chicago Locksmiths for anything lock related. They do great work, are reasonably priced, and always act with great professionalism. My most recent visit, they rekeyed three locks for me, and cut new keys as well. As expected, the process was quick and smooth, and they charged me a little less than expected.
