"My rating is really all about the customer service. Our issue was regarding an engagement ring that we feared was flushed down the toilet. I was frantic and I had put calls out to 4 plumbing companies but it was Dynamic Plumbing that responded immediately. We talked and had a plan to search and one of his men was going to come within just a couple of hours. He came right as scheduled. Miraculously the ring was found just before the technician arrived so the toilet did not have to be taken out. And even though Dynamic Plumbing but forth every effort to help for something that was resolved differently they were happy with the outcome and not at all upset that there wasn't a bill for me to pay. We own a couple of pieces of property and based on their customer service I will be calling them for any future needs."

"Toilet was leaking from tank bolt. Plumber Chris tightened and also checked the other two toilet tank bolts, and while he was at it also corrected the water level in the tanks which was great and I'm glad he did that to avoid future toilet issues. Would hire again!"

"It was 10am during the week between Christmas and New Years day. My main water valve inside the house was stuck in the off position so I had no water for toilets, sinks.... Chris from the company made it out to my house in advance of the Noon appointment and worked with the village (the village has to turn on\off the water from outside to my house) to get the repair completed within 2.5 hours, which was amazing. The price charged I thought was very fair given that I needed emergency service during the holiday season when availability of service is constrained. I would definitely hire this company again and could not have been happier with my experience."

The project took more than one day and we were only without water for s couple of hours (unlike another plumber who gave us a quote for the job and said we would be without water 2-3 days). "Emergency Pluming unclogged my drain two days ago , I reached them in the morning and they came the same day to fix my issue , plumber was on time and he texted me his ETA when he was on the way to my house. When he started performing the job he said to me that he will need to remove the toilet to unclogged the drain I asked if he will install it back and he said yes , I was little bit surprised because last time I hired a different company to do the same job couple years ago , they said to move that they will charge me extra for putting the toilet back. Job was performed fast and very professional , plumber installed the toilet back after he was done and cleaned everything after him. Definitely will hire them again if I will have any plumbing issues 10 out of 10"
