"It was 10am during the week between Christmas and New Years day. My main water valve inside the house was stuck in the off position so I had no water for toilets, sinks.... Chris from the company made it out to my house in advance of the Noon appointment and worked with the village (the village has to turn on\off the water from outside to my house) to get the repair completed within 2.5 hours, which was amazing. The price charged I thought was very fair given that I needed emergency service during the holiday season when availability of service is constrained. "Emergency Pluming unclogged my drain two days ago , I reached them in the morning and they came the same day to fix my issue , plumber was on time and he texted me his ETA when he was on the way to my house. When he started performing the job he said to me that he will need to remove the toilet to unclogged the drain I asked if he will install it back and he said yes , I was little bit surprised because last time I hired a different company to do the same job couple years ago , they said to move that they will charge me extra for putting the toilet back. Job was performed fast and very professional , plumber installed the toilet back after he was done and cleaned everything after him. Definitely will hire them again if I will have any plumbing issues 10 out of 10"
