"The Provider contacted me within 24 hours of my purchasing the service with appointments available the next day. The technicians arrived right on time and were very friendly and professional. My concern is that the work itself doesn't look very professional -- in fact, my husband commented that it looks like we did it ourselves! The technician initially planned to replace the old, yellowed caulk with grout -- which I would then have to seal. When he was finished, he said he'd been unable to do so, as too many chips in the tub finish were "uncovered" when he removed it...so he replaced it with fresh caulk. It's much whiter and brighter looking, but not perfectly even; of greater concern is that I see new "chips" in the finish that weren't there before he started and most certainly were not covered by the old caulk."

Several large hanging branches were removed high on the tree and cracked and split branches were cleaned up with fresh cuts. We were concerned that we might lose the tree (and we still might) but Mike tested the cabling in place and injected growth encouraging fertilizer around the base of the tree. Everyone on Mike's team was courteous and friendly. They raked and cleaned up the wood chips. Great job!"
