They are competent, honest, and explain everything in full, including how long it would take. Communication is excellent. They were well-mannered and comfortable, and we would recommend them to family and friends. The work they did is fantastic, and the price is wonderful. Scheduling was easy. Louie arrived on time and worked uninterrupted until the job was complete. He made a raggedy-looking old tub look very nice, and presentable, in order to sell my condo. He was friendly, respectful of my things/home, and just generally a professional. Cleaning tile, regrouting and caulking - I'm pleased with the end result and give my experience with Lake Shore Restoration five stars.

Absolutely the best! Quick response and completed the work within about 24 hours of the response. Communication was great and I was able to pay over the phone with a credit card (the best part since I m the landlord and not always on site!). The price was right as I know he went to a lot of trouble to get to my place. Will call in the future!!!

Great Job Lake Shore Restoration! I had my Kitchen floors color sealed and counter tops cleaned and polished. Amazing work, still looks brand new. Tech was friendly and informative. Saved me from the expense of a complete remodel. Definitely will use them again.
