"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

Had to leave my mom with tech in so I could return to work, so I wasn't even there to find out what was wrong BUT told him to call me when he knew something. I got vague blurb of the problem and my mom saying he said he broke something on the unit!? Took 3 days and me calling office twice before tech finally called me! The person who answered the phone was courteous, apologizing that they couldn't work me into their schedule that SAME DAY until 3:00. I was ecstatic. Lou arrived promptly, quickly found the problem, replaced a $280 part, and checked the filter. He said I had a few more months left in the filter so didn't need to replace it until this spring. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you."
