We strive to maintain the highest level of training possible through continuing education with the Great Lakes Chapter of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). We also maintain current membership with the professional and accredited association of ASHI. Pristine Inspections & Testing will have your report printed on site as well as a PDF copy of the report emailed to you the same day. Was unable to attend the inspection but I was very pleased with the results. The report was highly detailed and included items that I never noticed during my two visits to the unit, such as missing grout against a threshold. Was pleased with attentive customer service too. One drawback was it was more expensive than I was expecting, but I think I received value for my money. Would use again and would recommend to others.

I'm a first time homebuyer, so I was nervous going into the process. Peggy patiently walked me through the options and explained things to me as needed. The inspector, Casey, was very thorough, and he, too, was good at explaining things at my level and giving me an idea of how I might prioritize the issues found in the inspection. When one deal fell through and I needed an inspection on another house, I consulted Pristine again and specifically requested Casey. Good folks who do a good job.

John's (the owner of Pristine Inspections) verbal and written information prior to the inspection were thorough. John arrived on time the day of the inspection, gave an overview of the process and asked if I have a list of questions or concerns for him to address. The complete inspection and verbal overview were finished in approximately five hours. The next business day I received John's written report and photographs of the property.

Incredibly well, John is a consummate professional, answered all my questions, and prepared an inspection report that made it easy to ask for repairs. I did not rate his prices because he was recommended by our realtor, and we did not price compare. However, I would argue Jon's professionalism, candor, and experience are worth the price he charges.

Home inspection went off without a hitch, which was great considering all the hassles that COVID-19 has created.
