Right Way Windows & Siding Inc.

I have contracted with Right Way three different times over the past years. The most recent project completed in May 2023. My experiences with Jeff and his crew have been professional, timely and cordial.

Jeff Peterik is a superb Right Way Windows and Siding, Inc representative. We first met Jeff as he was making sales calls on a snowy evening in January 2010 when he knocked on our front door. After initial conversation, and hot chocolate, he made several repeat trips to our home to ensure our desires and his company's coordination was in synch. We decided to replace the shingles, install new siding with attached 1.5 inch insulation, facia, gutters, downspouts, front door, garage doors, and all the windows. (How is THAT for a sales job! Absolutely no pressure from Jeff - the house was around 35 years old and we needed all the exterior upgrades badly!) Jeff's installation crew was friendly, accommodating, meticulous, exacting, on time, clean, and efficient, completing the entire exterior remodeling in four days! The windows come with a lifetime warranty and during the interim, we have asked Right Way to replace the sliding patio door and one of the bedroom windows due to bubbles / moisture in between the two sealed panes . The patio door (date ??) and bedroom window (February 2020) were replaced with no questions asked, in a timely manner, and of course, without cost. I would confidently recommend Jeff Peterik and Right Way Windows and Siding, Inc for any of your remodeling or upgrades.

They were very professional. The work done was outstanding and would definitely hire them again . Ryan was my salesman and I felt like he was more of a friend than just someone trying to sell me on the products. Jeff was a very nice person to work with as well. The installers were very knowledgeable and the work was done very well. A+ company!!!!!

Some unprofessional workers messed up our trust. However Jeff did try to amend things and promised to do extra work and discounted our out of pocket to make up for the mistreatment. Hopefully everything will be done without any more problems in the future.

We were extremely happy with the work done by Right Way Siding Co. They gave a lot of attention to detail throughout the exterior of our home. All work was done professionally, on time, and property was left very clean. Jeff made sure all was good before payment was accepted. He also worked very well with our insurance company. We would hire Right Way again without a moments hesitation and have already referred our friends and family if the need arises...

Great! I was worried to begin with, never having any work like this done before. They made me comfortable and confident that all work would go well and easy on me. Of course they were right. A beautiful home is the end result and the nicest people I can imagine working with.

Jeff's company does not do inside work but I had a referral from him for somebody that did in regards to the drywall. As with the other projects I've done with Right Way (windows, siding,) Jeff was easy to work with when it came to replacing the roof, provided a fair/competitive price and his crew performed excellent work. I have always recommended Right Way in regards to these exterior projects.

They did a great job. Jeff was very easy to work with and gave an estimate before he left our house at our first meeting. Most other companies made us wait a week before giving us an estimate. He worked with us to make us happy, giving good prices on extra work that made the overall project more complete, such as sliding glass doors. The work crew did a great job and were very professional and easy to work with. We got Hardie siding, LP trim, soffits, fascia, a new porch roofgutters and gutter guards and 2 sliding glass doors.

These people are the best.They did siding on my house and 2 of my neighbors one of them did all windows as well.i recommended them. I had no issues and am very happy with their work

After talking to a few companies, I decided to go with Right Way. The owner Jeff is honest, trustworthy and professional. The price was very fair. I like that they are a reputable local company. They helped me through the whole thing with my insurance company which I really appreciated. There were couple miscommunications through the project, but Jeff and his team were very courteous to fix any issues. I am happy with their work and working with Jeff was very easy. I would definitely recommend!

Jeff and Ryan were great to work with on this job. They made the process easy and painless. Ryan worked with our insurance adjuster and Jeff handled all of the scheduling. Their crews worked fast and efficiently. I would hire Right Way again if I ever needed something repaired. Overall, they were great to work with and would recommend them to all my friends and family that needed work done to their house.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Jeff was extremely responsive and Ryan was absolutely excellent in dealing directly with the insurance adjuster and communicating to me. Very professional and truly outstanding work.

They did an excellent job. His crew were skilled and responsible. They were not in hurry to finish and run.

My experience was outstanding from start to finish, I can't possibly overstate how impressed and satisfied I am with this contractor. They were personable and professional, knowledgeable and responsive in their communications with me along every phase of the construction process. The materials used were of high quality as was the workmanship. I had a couple of questions along the way regarding things I was unclear on and they were immediately and satisfactorily responded to. If it were possible to give more than an "A" rating I'd give it because they definitely earned it. I'd recommend this contractor to anyone with no reservations whatsoever.

They have a good rating. That is one of the reasons I picked them any ways because they had a 5 star rating. I got a great price for the work. I would use them again if I had to. I would recommend them to anybody.

We couldn't be happier with the final result! Not only was Jeff (the owner) great to work with, the guys who came out to do the work did an amazing job. They really paid attention to all the small details and you can tell they cared about the project. They were professional, respectful and we would absolutely hire them again! We've had so many compliments from neighbors, our home looks beautiful on the outside now!

outstanding. Company took no money up front and no payment made until job was completely finished and until we were completely satisfied. We had made a few minor changes during the work process and they happily adjusted to our requests without any problems. Company very easy to work with.

I have used Right Way on two houses, the first replaced almost all windows and the second was a door to window replacement with siding work. Both jobs were done on time and excellent work. I recommend for good customer service, pricing, quality materials to stick with Right Way.

There are roofing and siding companies and then there is Right Way Windows and Siding. Jeff (the owner) and his team are incredibly thorough, professional and very reasonable. We had hail damage and could not get it approved by insurance, until Right Way stepped in (Referred to us by a neighbor) and completed a very thorough claim that was accepted without question. They were patient with us and helpful in picking out color and style. The installation was fast and immaculate (they work efficiently and clean up everything. All that's left is a shiny new home). They also replaced our gutters. We had quotes from two other companies over the past year. Right Way was the best price by far. I would be remiss if I did not mention the ongoing communications and help above and beyond the call of duty. Someone ALWAYS answers the phone or calls back right away. After our siding was installed, we had a panel that was pierced by a patio umbrella due to severe wind. The umbrella went straight through our inside wall. I called Jeff at Right Way and he set up a repair for the next day and had a referral for someone to do the wall board and painting. One call. He handled everything (including having the painter call me). Right Way is defined by the team's exceptional workmanship, fair pricing and outstanding service. I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else.

Everything went as planned & expected, Jeff & staff were great! Would highly recommend this company, actually have already recommended this company to my family in the western suburbs....they too have been so pleased.

Everything was perfect. Jeff  answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Jeff was very informative about  what his crew would be doing and why it is imperative that it is done right. (  roof venting, ice shield etc..) I was happy with the array of colors and styles I was able to choose. Right Way delivered as promised. Crew members showed up on time and finished the same day! They also were very clean! Three years later and everything looks great. RELIABLE!
