"Our A/C unit was giving us trouble and was the original unit from when the house was built along with the furnace. I called out 5 different companies to get quotes on replacing both A/C and the Furnace, Steve Bilica from Home Comfort Systems came out looked at what I had then came in and sat down with me and started to tell me about himself and his company which really made it more personal and made me feel more confident that I was hiring the right company for the job. Steve was up front and honest with me answered all my questions and gave me what I considered the best price out of all of the companies that came. Both Mike and Rich came out around 8:30 in the morning and were finished by 2 PM. Both Mike and Rich were very professional and respectful of our home, they laid down drop cloths to cover the stairs and on all carpet area's that they would be working which was very much appreciated. Aimed the for optimal signal strength and proceeded to check the new channels available. Went from receiving 70 channels to over 114! Quick cleanup and a true professional. I looked at the quality of the soldering job on the tubing, and it was very good. The overall look of the AC installation looked great. I looked at the basement installation of the evaporator coil and the quality of the piping and soldering, and it was good. The look of the new cabinet was also good. I listened to the noise generated by the fan and the air flow of the interior upstairs vents, and am satisfied with the installation."
