Appliance Rescue Service

Not well, I had no advance info to determine if I wanted to spend that amount of money for this repair. It seems as if they can charge any amount since you are at their mercy. Gouging is what they should repair in their business

Big, fat "F" for them. I scheduled the repair several days in advance and took work off in order to be home in the 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. window they gave me. When it was a few minutes after 5:00 with no show or call from the repair person I called the office (which the recording stated was open for another hour) to see if someone was still coming - left a voicemail). It's now 3 days later and no one ever came and no one ever called back. Wished I could bill them for my lost time I took from work for them to not show up. My husband and I are general contractors and never had a subcontractor just blow us off like this - DON"T USE THEM

My husband waited in an empty house with our 4 year old for 3 hours - they never showed up or called :(

Almost 2 weeks ago I placed a request on line and received a call back within an hour. It was the first time I used Angie's List. I happened to be home all day and asked if they could come that same day. The scheduler called the service men, who happened to be in my neighborhood, and they came within 15 minutes! They were able to service my washer quickly (awesome!) and it's been working great! I will be using them in the future should the need arise. Thank you!!!

They did a great job. They're great. They're wonderful, they were very responsive, they fix your problems, they actually came out twice because the first time they were not able to resolve it. They didn't charge us to come out the second time and they took care of our issues. I was not home at the time, but my wife seemed pretty happy with them. I would definitely use them again.

Awesome, tech noticed I had a bad control board, he replaced it the same day.

Very well, they were on time and did quality work. I just wish they had told me the unit was still under warranty. I had a hard time getting money back from KitchenAid.

Well I was very happy untill the bill. First I was told there was a $65.00 charge for coming out,but it would be at leaste partially. deducted if I had the repair done, that doesnt show up at all. Then the igniter costs $20.00 I was charged $80.00. I understand you are a business and need to make a profit, but it seems an extreme profit for 20 minutes and a $20.00 part to cost $ 189.00. This really seems like price gouging to me.

Owner came out and found that the hose just needed to be put back into place. He also tightened the hoses as they hadn't been tightened on installation. He was very nice and only charged us $89

Fernando came out and diagnosed the issue with our Samsung refrigerator and another issue with our samsung dishwasher.

He determined that the compressor was bad in the refrigerator. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and how it would be fixed. Then ordered the part and came back to install it a couple of days later. He was neat and tidy and even vacuumed behind the refrigerator!

With regards to the dishwasher, he attempted to purge (that us my word not his!) what was stuck in the drainage pipe. Unfortunately he couldn't. So he ordered a new drainage pipe and installed that the day he put the compressor in the refrigerator.

Both the refrigerator and dishwasher are working perfectly now! If I should ever need any appliances fixed again, I'll certainly call Fernando at Appliance Rescue.

Lastly, you'll appreciate your interactions with the coordinator/administrator Rachel! She has excellent communication skills and made this frustrating experience a joy to have to deal with.

Everything went well and the work was done quickly and with no mess. It was also nice to know that if the problem occurred again within 90 days, he would return at no charge.

Appliance Rescue is AWESOME!!!  Gal that answers phone will call you back instanly if you have to leave a message.  Very nice!  professional and geuine.  Even apologzed when having to reschedule my appointment for next day.  Service man was very nice, professional and explained everthing in detail.  Explained his past work history on how he knows appliances so well.  Had parts on hand and was able to fix my oven then.  Works wonderful and gives you a 90 day warantee which I highly doubt I will need.  Very reasonable price.  I got his info from a coworker that also love their services.  I would recommend Appliace Rescue to everyone!!!
