"Punctual, respectful, reasonably priced with high quality. Bob's crew did a great job in a difficult situation. The space to work in was tall and narrow and because of neighbor issues they only had access via one window and a 10" walkway. They still managed to get tall ladders in, do a great  job and get all the debris out. They were very respectful to the neighbors and tenants and that made it go as smoothly as possible.  Bob's crew members are employees, not subcontractors--that is the key as far as I'm concerned."

"Things started out excellent. Very solid work on flooring, electric, plumbing, and drywall. Painting was a "B" grade with some splatter on surrounding areas. Cabinet installation was very complex but handled well. Countertop subcontractor got behind and slowed things down by a few days at the end. Also, toward the end some items got a bit sloppy (e.g. holes for drawer pulls were not always on center and had to be re-drilled). The crew missed some days--not always their fault (e.g. vehicle problems) but sometimes (e.g. partied a little too **** ** 4th of July and decided not to work the next day). Overall it was a good experience. No contractor is perfect but Nick was awfully good. Would hire again."
