"We were already in a rush from the moment we met JD - we were adding a front porch on to the front of the house and the city was holding up our building permit until we showed them a landscape design (we knew we'd have it done after construction, but hadn't planned anything yet). JD was able to meet with us quickly and work with us to come up with a great design that's low maintenance, colorful, and deer resistant.  He was flexible in working with our ever-changing construction schedule. On installation day, he and the crew showed up early and got right to work. He re-used some of our existing plants where it made sense to cut costs, which we appreciated. Some of our sod didn't fare very well and he was quick to replace it, before we could ask him to come do it. Our yard has never looked better, and we've had several people in the neighborhood stop to tell us as much. JD was very easy to work with and we have great results at reasonable rates. I can't wait to see how everything looks this spring!

"E & B Masonry did an excellent job replacing an exterior masonry wall and installing a glass brick window for my parent's multi-family unit. Our family, friends, and neighbors were extremely impressed by the end result. Eddie was every helpful, and went above and beyond to answer our questions and concerns. He even offered to level our floor joist and make the masonry wall more visually appealing. He was very responsive to text and calls. His crew worked very hard during their twelve hour days. The price was reasonable for this project. We received about five bids for this project, and  E& B Masonry was not the lowest or highest offer. 

Minor complain is the work took longer then expected. My parents and I were informed that the project will take two weeks, but took a little over a month. However, this was primarily due to poor weather and waiting for materials to be delivered. 

Overall, I will definitely recommend E&B Masonry. We were extremely satisfied with the results!

"Pat and Midwest Landscaping did a great job on my yard. The plants had literally taken over and we had some poison ivy growing between our fence and the neighbor’s. In one morning they trimmed things that had gotten too big, moved plants to space them out better, weeded and got rid of the poison ivy problem. Really the best part was that they used all of our own plants, so we didn’t have to buy anything new. Whenever we need more help with the landscaping, we will be calling Pat."
