JD was able to meet with us quickly and work with us to come up with a great design that's low maintenance, colorful, and deer resistant.  He was flexible in working with our ever-changing construction schedule. On installation day, he and the crew showed up early and got right to work. He re-used some of our existing plants where it made sense to cut costs, which we appreciated. Some of our sod didn't fare very well and he was quick to replace it, before we could ask him to come do it. Our yard has never looked better, and we've had several people in the neighborhood stop to tell us as much. JD was very easy to work with and we have great results at reasonable rates. I can't wait to see how everything looks this spring!

"This team was professional from the first meeting to establish the estimate up to their dedication to keeping us informed about the start date. Our project involved using old street pavers, which can be uneven in size. Jesus considered our preferences and knew about proper excavating, laying gravel and sand, tamping down the base and how to slope the patio for appropriate run-off. They finished in a timely manner and cleaned up. They worked through unseasonably cold weather to finish on time. We would definitely recommend this company."

"They did an incredible job releveling our patio step and several areas that had settled after 15 years. The work was done the right way - no cutting corners. Afterward they resealed the whole patio and it looks almost new again. They were not cheap, but I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and I feel they did an awesome job for a fair price. "E & B Masonry did an excellent job replacing an exterior masonry wall and installing a glass brick window for my parent's multi-family unit. Our family, friends, and neighbors were extremely impressed by the end result. Eddie was every helpful, and went above and beyond to answer our questions and concerns. He even offered to level our floor joist and make the masonry wall more visually appealing. He was very responsive to text and calls. His crew worked very hard during their twelve hour days. The price was reasonable for this project. We received about five bids for this project, and  E& B Masonry was not the lowest or highest offer. 

Minor complain is the work took longer then expected. My parents and I were informed that the project will take two weeks, but took a little over a month. However, this was primarily due to poor weather and waiting for materials to be delivered. 

Overall, I will definitely recommend E&B Masonry. We were extremely satisfied with the results!

"Pat and Midwest Landscaping did a great job on my yard. The plants had literally taken over and we had some poison ivy growing between our fence and the neighbor’s. In one morning they trimmed things that had gotten too big, moved plants to space them out better, weeded and got rid of the poison ivy problem. Really the best part was that they used all of our own plants, so we didn’t have to buy anything new. Whenever we need more help with the landscaping, we will be calling Pat."
