"Why 5 stars? First the Arrowhead rep I met with was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He made many trips to my house to review plans and bring paver samples. He provided a competitive bid with another "affordable contractor" and was much less than another "expensive" contractor bid. He provided some very good input to improve on my original patio design. Arrowhead used 4x8 plywood sheets to protect my lawn as they brought their heavy equipment in and out. The patio foundation was a full 12 inches of 3 different sized gravel stones. I observed quality craftsmanship during the installation, especially with all the curves in my design. Meticulous work. The finished patio looks amazing. The crew power washed everything upon completion. They also brought in sod to replace some damaged areas in the immediate patio area that resulted from the digging. I also paid for landscaping stone to fill in around my walk and pool. It looks great. I highly recommend Arrowhead Pavers."

The work is beautiful, just what we wanted, and was done efficiently and with such a great, positive crew. JD is meticulous - you get a beautiful yard and simple instructions to keep it that way! "I have hired Permaseal to fix my unleveled patio concrete floor that was and still causing rain water to get to my basement, I have paid them $2,014.33 as down payment, they showed up one month later for the job, which is injecting foam under the concrete slab to lift it back to its original correct level. I came back home that day to find out that they have left and that the concrete slab was not only still unleveled, but they cracked it and patched it on multiple locations. I have called their customer care number more than a dozen times in attempt to understand what is going on, and on each occasion, I was told that the project manager was going to contact me back, which never happened until i made the next call, They have finally explained to me over the phone that it was the best they could do and that they could not fix my patio floor. I asked for a refund and did not hear back. I have documented pictures of before and after showing that the job was not done and cancelled the check with the remaining balance. I have not heard anything back from them since then, until i started getting debt collectors' emails on December the 5th from a business called FCR Services."
