However, Dimitritis and Joshua made it easy and did a great job in completing our dream home. Joshua was fantastic managing the daily tasks and excellent with details. From finishing a room in the basement, redoing a bathroom, building a fence, and changing out an exsisting railing in the house, to a rustic piece of art. "Bob was super responsive in meeting with us and helping design the garage. They will make custom garages. We wanted a room built into our garage to shelter some feral cats we take care of, and they were willing to do that. They also installed a cat door that we purchased. They build good garages. Our old garage was falling apart, as are many others in the neighborhood. We wanted a garage that would last. All of the crew were highly-skilled and tremendously courteous. The quality of work at every stage was excellent: preparation of site, concrete pour, framing, roof, finishing/gutters. They took extra care to do things right. The job did take longer than expected. Part of that was due to issues with the site (excessive mud under the old garage that had to dry out and additional site preparation) but it seems the COVID pandemic generated a lot of home projects - we were in a work queue. Demolition started mid-September and garage was completed early January. (Our furnace guy had a similar situation with a different garage builder, so it wasn't just this company. We learned to be Zen about the timeline - it was less stressful that way.) In the end, we have a beautiful garage that should last for years. Very pleased."

"Roman came to my house to review the project and we negotiated cost. I felt he was fair/polite and was happy to work with him. Was also pleased that he had availability that same week I wanted to start the project. He came prepared and took great care while working in my home to ensure the work area was clean after he was done. The end result of the project also met my expectation of quality. As other reviewers have said he may work a little slow but the quality speaks for itself. I much rather have the job done right than rushed with a poor quality of work. I would recommend Roman if you need help on certain jobs around the house and I will hire him again for any new projects that come around."

"I cannot say enough good things about Abraham and his team. They were indispensible during a challenging and stressful move. Not only did they do a superb job of installing a ceiling fan to an 18ft ceiling, multiple patch repairs, seamlessly replacing and installing bathroom extractor fans that into non standard sized spaces, filling countless nail holes and repainting, and reattaching a dislodged dishwasher, Abraham did all of this amidst the chaos of a move and made MULTIPLE trips to Home Depot to color match paints when I provided the wrong cans. He was patient, thorough, and went WAY above and beyond any expectations in both service, execution, and generosity. If you have anything you need done in your home, make these guys your first call!"

"I hired Lucky Gorman to assess an exterior door between our outdoor balcony and hallway. The original builder did not install and seal correctly and water was getting into the unit as a result. Lucky and his associate Christian were knowledgeable and responsive. They sourced a new door and also replaced the wood trim and baseboard that had water damage. The quality of the work was great and I would hire them again ."
