"It was a difficult project. It’s one of those small houses in Nortbrook where they are predominantly have car ports instead of a garage or a garage that was converted to an extra room. It was a project with many challenges structurally as well as meeting the strict NB codes. It was more than we thought price wise but again things came up unexpectedly. "I hired Lucky Gorman to assess an exterior door between our outdoor balcony and hallway. The original builder did not install and seal correctly and water was getting into the unit as a result. Lucky and his associate Christian were knowledgeable and responsive. They sourced a new door and also replaced the wood trim and baseboard that had water damage. We had two pillars removed and replaced. concrete was laid to keep them level and they painted all of the wood on the front of our house from black to white. Everyone was friendly to work with.
