"I had called everyone that might help me fix my dishwasher...pumped the septic, snaked the main sewer line, called appliance repair, replaced the heating element, verified that the drain hose went from high to low; my dishwasher was still back flowing scrud onto my clean dishes at random times. Signed up with Neli, and had the answer to my problem in 15 minutes. James F gave me the part number for replacement and wa-laa, I’m waiting for it to come in the mail. I am very impressed and will use this service again as needed."

"Provider was prompt, professional and friendly. Arrived at the agreed upon time for a free estimate and performed work same-day after we agreed to the price. He stuck to the price despite taking longer than expected and more work than usual due to worn-rusted pipes in my home. "Very professional...both the owner and crew. Careful and meticulous work. Replaced some wood trim that was damaged; moved the heavy furniture...painted a 2-story stairway. Good clean-up each day. And good follow-up on punch list items. Halfway through the project we decided we wanted some additional items painted (powder room and 2 closets...and they fit it into the schedule and the added charge was very reasonable.
What impressed me most was the owner caught some issues that I had missed in punch list items. Increased my confidence in his ability to do a good job. He cares about the quality of his and his crew's work.

"Rardins has merged with Mattex Plumbing, but Oscar Rardin is still with them. Very professional, both over the phone and kept me updated through texts on the phone. Showed up as promised and was done within 3 hours. Only real difference was in how prices have inflated since 2014 (last time pump was replaced) $1400 vs $500 The pump accounted for over $1200 of that total. Oscar did a excellent job!"
