"I called Don and left word on his machine asking him to return my call. Not only did he return my call, but he stopped by that same afternoon, assessed my basement problem, provided me with an explanation I could understand, shot me a solid estimate and set a date to make repairs the following week. He arrived on time and completed the job in two days. I now have a dry basement for the first time in thirty years. ( what a fool for waiting so long!). Don was professional, honest, personable and efficient. He cleaned up meticulously each day, and his workers were courteous and hard working. I couldnâ t have had a better experience.
