"Katlyn (owner) gave me a quote in the fall for a complete sprinkler system for my 1.4 acre yard at a reasonable price with a great warranty. I received a quote that was much less than American Sprinkler and a much better and it was for a more technically up-to-date system using a wifi controller than American Sprinkler had quoted me. This very cool, high tech system can be controlled by my phone and is very easy to use. I wanted it installed in the spring. When early spring came Katlyn contacted me to start the work, which was great. Her crew was very nice and respectful, and did their best to please me with whatever came up. They all were very knowledgeable and very professional. They finished the job in a few days and I was up and going even before the system was really needed, since it was early spring. You can't ask for more than that. Also they came back and changed 3 sprinkler heads as I requested to spray farther into the plant beds. Also, Katlyn agreed to come back and put another head in after I replaced a bunch of big bushes that were blocking what would have been a useless head before the bushes were replaced. This hasn't been done but I'm sure it will be soon. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was. Definitely recommend them."

Michael was promptly dispatched to my home to assess a particularly challenging drain replacement: the original builder made no allowance for service access to the tub 30 years prior. Any repair would require demolition of the tub enclosure or ceiling below. Michael's assessment and quote recommended cut-in to the side of the tub, but it was unclear if this would have given him enough access for the repair. We were fearful that the initial effort would have quickly escalated into more work. We also were distrustful of a company that charges line item warranties for their own service (i.e. 6 months vs. 1 year vs. 2 years) and does it's scheduling and quoting from an electronic tablet with nothing in writing on the front end. We subsequently were able to make this repair on our own and avoided the expense - which likely would have ratcheted up to over $1200."

He suggested placing a tray under the tank that has a drain hose just in case the new tank eventually leaks then it won’t run all over my basement.
