"I contacted 4 different companies looking for quotes and Chicago Appliance Service Co were the only ones to respond. They reached out within an hour of me requesting a quote and told me the actual serviceman would be in touch to schedule a time to come out. Ramon called me later that afternoon and came out the following day. He was great about communicating his arrival time day of and even was able to come out a bit earlier than originally expected. He got right to the job and was able to accurately diagnose the issue right away. Before beginning the work he explained the two possible outcomes of what might need to be done, and the cost involved with each possibility. Luckily for us it ended up being the easier, cheaper solution, but both quoted prices seemed very reasonable. Ramon was super friendly and explained everything he was doing and how to avoid the issue going forward. The whole service was completed well within an hour."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
