They came up with a creative solution to replace a failed water line. We have a built in fridge and with some water damage that resulted in some swelling of the wood around it moving the fridge to access the rear would have required cutting into the lower cabinet. They were able to use the old line to thread a new one through without having to cut. Only complaint is that they took a while to respond to voicemail. But did and charged what they promised.

Advantage gave us an appointment window, arrived on time and completed the repair quickly. They tried the simplest and cheapest route first and succeeded in repairing our refrigerator while explaining what we could do in the future if it happens again. We will call them again.

Dan was very professional and helpful. Explained what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Explained that the issue was caused by bad manufacturer design and would probably happen again and also gave us tips on how to problem solve it and fix it on our own in the future. Did not try to sell us unneeded parts or repairs. Will definitely hire them again for any other appliance repair we have in the future.

All repaired by simple adjustments or replacement parts except over-the-range microwave diagnosed as magnetron and not worth cost of repair. Trip charges were not charged for each machine, keeping price down. Repairman very knowledgeable and pleasant. These are good people to do business with.

Long story, but my washer was not spinning out the water and clothes were still sopping wet at the end of the cycle. The problem was this happened inconsistently. One load would be fine and the next two not. After repeated service calls to try to diagnose this crazy, sporadic problem I eventually worked with Tom the owner. He wouldn’t let it go until he figured it out. And, so he did. Washer is now working fine. This company is great! They have the old fashioned work ethic and morals that are usually impossible to find. Top notch - incredibly impressed with them
