"Work was never done. Contractor was dispatched by Choice Home Warrenty. Arrived late. Charged me for 2 service calls ($130.00) instead of just one as specified by Choice Home Warrenty. Calls have been made to the technician by Choice and have never been returned. As far as I'm concerned I have had $130 stolen from me by a disreputable and dishonest company. He could not provide a receipt so I took a photo of his Nondriver ID (yes he drove here). 10 days later and still no contact. I will not recommend this company. I will file a complaint with the BBB and have logged a complaint with Choice Home Warrenty as well."
