Bob came out and provided an estimate which included options for completing the work. Once the work was scheduled he arrived on time and courteous, as usual. New security light of our choosing was installed in our backyard and a GFI outlet were installed in the garage in under an hour. We have used Mr. Handyman Metro East for several projects at our home and continue to use them because of their professionalism, value and customer focus.

I hired Mr. Handyman to replace a shower faucet. The co-owner, Bob, came out for the estimate as well as the job itself and he was wonderful. He was punctual, professional, and kind, and most of all he did a great job! You could tell he's amassed a lot of knowledge in this profession because it showed in the quality of work he performed. I would absolutely hire this company again and plan to for future needs.

There were some issues with the project but Mr. Handyman worked with us to get them resolved to our satisfaction. There was no delay in getting it done and they worked within my schedule. I am very pleased with the way the project has worked out and I highly recommend Mr. Handyman.

Excellent. I called 6 places and only Mr Handyman would help. The office staff was so helpful and worked to get us help. The repairman that came out was very professional and knowledgeable. As importantly he was very considerate of my elderly father. Wonderful service.

The interaction with lady who initially took my call and scheduled was great, everytime I spoke to her she was kind and informative. I explained my situations and she even repeated them back and scheduled me. The gentleman who came out was not very kind. 3 members of the family dealt directly with him and we all had a sense of him being rude and rushed. When he had to be called back out he explained he was not told about part of the job that I discussed with the lady initially (I went ahead and had to fix that part myself) and he even acted mad that he had to come back out. So sad because I did really like the lady I had my first impression with.

Mr. Handyman was wonderful! Not only was the clearing done perfectly and safely, but under the time quoted. Without Mr. Handyman, I could not have made it out of my home for days! I am not looking forward to another storm, but I feel a lot safer that I have someone to help me. I have had terrible experiences with contractors in the past, and I won’t hesitate to call Mr. Handyman.

He did a great job with the drywall repair but could not fix bathroom fixtures. He was a little slow from my point of view for the amount of work he did but overall did a great job.
