He could not provide a receipt so I took a photo of his Nondriver ID (yes he drove here). 10 days later and still no contact. I will not recommend this company. I will file a complaint with the BBB and have logged a complaint with Choice Home Warrenty as well."

Technician submitted the work orders and they were approved. Technician never called Choice oe me to schedule the work. This all began on June 8th. Calls have been made to the technician by Choice and have never been returned. As far as I'm concerned I have had $130 stolen from me by a disreputable and dishonest company. He could not provide a receipt so I took a photo of his Nondriver ID (yes he drove here). 10 days later and still no contact. I will not recommend this company. I will file a complaint with the BBB and have logged a complaint with Choice Home Warrenty as well."
