"This company was assigned by my home warranty company. The technicianarrived on time and left stating the part he needed to order and that they would be in touch within a couple of days for a f/u appt. A day later they communicated with home warranty that the job was complete. I called home warranty and explained, so they reopened the claim and scheduled a visit. They did not show. I spoke to a CS representative and she acknowledged the technicians notes saying she would have the manager call me. After several days and no call, I called home warranty again and they again scheduled another appointment. A rep called me and asked me to explain the situation again?I did. He said he'd call me back and hung up. No one showed for the appointment again. Home warranty again scheduled another appt and again, no show, no call, no text, no email, no answer. DO NOPT USE THEM."
