We called around to see if we could get a plumber or general contractor out to fix it but they were only interested if it was going to be a complete remodel/rehab. He gave me different options on how he could handle the pipe repair and why each had its merits. He quickly repaired the burst pipe and got us water pretty quick. We experienced repeated service issues, a 25% rate hike without notice, ignored emails, and unreturned quote requests. Worse, we were billed for work that wasn?t done?confirmed twice, including by a third-party inspection with photos. Even when confronted, they deflected and delayed for months. We had to hire another company. They also mis-sized a walk-in freezer due to bad measurements and blamed their supplier. When shown proof it was undersized, they argued with no solution. They later mismeasured again on a replacement bid. Their attitude throughout was defensive, unprofessional, and dismissive.
