"Lloyd and James (who did the work) are amazing! We had a pipe burst resulting in having to shut off our water. We called around to see if we could get a plumber or general contractor out to fix it but they were only interested if it was going to be a complete remodel/rehab. One even hung up on me in mid sentence. Lloyd took my call and displayed not only compassion for our situation but a sense of urgency. He explained his basic pricing up front and told us that he would try to get someone out to us in the next hour or so. In less than an hour or so James appeared and introduced himself. After showing him the area of the damage and explaining what happened he was not only able to hone in on where the problem pipe was in the wall, but also why it happened. He gave me different options on how he could handle the pipe repair and why each had its merits. He quickly repaired the burst pipe and got us water pretty quick. Professional, courteous, and capable of explaining trades talk to a novice. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely call on them in the future. We experienced repeated service issues, a 25% rate hike without notice, ignored emails, and unreturned quote requests. Worse, we were billed for work that wasn?t done?confirmed twice, including by a third-party inspection with photos. Even when confronted, they deflected and delayed for months. We had to hire another company. They also mis-sized a walk-in freezer due to bad measurements and blamed their supplier. When shown proof it was undersized, they argued with no solution. They later mismeasured again on a replacement bid. Their attitude throughout was defensive, unprofessional, and dismissive.
