"Agape came prepared to go up on my roof and looked in my attic to locate the areas where water was entering my interior. They communicated my options thoroughly and professionally, and far exceeded other companies that gave estimates in these regards. The price for the repair (and to replace the entire roof) was only several hundred more than some estimates, but I hands down felt more confident in Agape.

The work was completed in several hours, they cleaned up, and were pleasant to chat with.

Update: My roof was leaking in 1-2 spots the next day (but I will say my roof is in bad need of replacing on this side). Agape came out during a horrendous storm and were up on the roof as soon as it cleared to fix it. Problem solved.

Update:  I put a down payment down on the roof replacement last month; the work is not scheduled yet; and after reading some of the negative reviews from this summer, I am getting concerned about completion. I took a loan out for this!

UPDATE: After cashing a deposit in October, Mike still has not scheduled my roof and has missed multiple deadlines to schedule the work (I consistently asked for a window of time) and to provide various documentation on the work he will perform. I have document texts, emails, and phone logs--which show either a lack of professional and appropriate response or illness and being overbooked. After missing a 3rd deadline for a response, I am requesting my deposit back. For these reasons, I am changing my rating of this providers."

The contractor came out to my home to review the project, and discussed what needed to be done, why and the cost. I was told that a review of our conversation would be provided with details of the scale of work, time needed and cost within the week. To my delight, I received the project review within the period he stated along with a way to contact him if I had any questions. I accepted the proposal, and each step of the project was conveyed to be personally, along with addressing my concerns. The workmanship was above board, and the clean-up was also. It was completed timely as stated and within the budget given to me in said proposal. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a contractor and crew who will go beyond the norm to make a satisfied customer."

"They came when they said they would and did what I needed. A tornado warning was in effect the evening after they poured the cement. They erected a tarp to keep rain off the new sidewalk. At eleven pm Adam came back to check that the tarp was holding despite the wicked wind. The project looks great!"
