Terrible, they never returned multiple calls. Caled them on three separate occasions without a single return call.

Brandon is exceptional to work with. He is punctual, knows his stuff and takes the time to explain everything. Have used him multiple times and would highly recommend.

The crew of 3 showed up to work at 8 as promised. We over viewed the work we had discussed on his estimate appointment.
It took them roughly 5 hours from start to finish. Overall they installed supply lines for a bathroom: Sink, Toilet and built the supply for the shower. We had the rough in drains/vents already. They installed supply lines for a wet bar sink and drain/vent just outside the bathroom area.
He did all of the wet wall work first and got the area ready before shutting off the water. The supply to our house was only off for a total of about 30 minutes.
He was very courteous answered all of my questions. When he was finished he walked my wife through all the work that they had done as well as took some pictures and sent them to me.
All copper piping was used and although I haven't been able to test the lines yet (due to construction not being finished) it is not leaking and everything appears in order.

Heartland Plumbing is a family-owned business. Brandon is the owner and was also the lead plumber on my project. When the owner is doing the work, you know it is getting done right. Brandon is very professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. Two of his employees that also worked on my project were just as professional and courteous. Brandon has a and quot;can-doand quot; attitude. I got estimates from two other plumbers who moaned and complained about how difficult the job would be. Brandon was confident that he could do it without major difficulty. While his estimate wasn't the cheapest, it was very close to the others, and I felt his level of professionalism and quality of work was well worth a few extra bucks. I am very particular about the way work is performed in my home, and Heartland Plumbing and Sewer met all of my expectations. I will continue to use Heartland Plumbing in the future and have already scheduled Brandon to come back and do some additional work for me. I also recommended him to a neighbor who needed a hot water tank replaced. Brandon installed a tankless water heater for her, and she and her husband both thanked me for the recommendation. If you need a plumber, look no further.

Brandon was quick to respond to my first phone call, and was out the next day to repair two toilets and fix a broken tub faucet. He worked very quickly, cleaned up after himself, and his final charge was within $5 of his phone estimate. I was so impressed we brought him back to install a new dishwasher the next week. And just like the first job, he was quick, clean, and within $5 of his phone estimate. I look forward to Heartland Plumbing helping with any other plumbing issues I encounter!

I used this service on two occasions in remedying the problem. The first time Brandon came out, on time as promised, and replaced the thermocouple. He discussed with me that there was a possibility this may not be the actual cause of the problem and we talked about other options. He encouraged me to call him again if I needed to. After about a day and a half, the unit stopped working again. By this time I had decided that I didn't want to keep guessing whether changing part after part was worth having Brandon come out time and again so I phoned him and asked him to replace the entire unit. The very next day, he was at my house with a new unit and was done with the job in about two hours. I was very happy that I'd found someone who would do as they said they would and got the problem solved.

Brandon was very responsive. He called back within an hour. He scheduled an appointment for the next day. He offered suggestions to streamline the process and minimize cost. He arrived early. on the day of service. He was thorough and polite. We would use him again without hesitation.

Brandon was very accommodating to my schedule and performed the work in a timely, competent, professional and courteous manner. I think his billing was fair and would hire him again for any future plumbing needs that I felt I couldn't handle. Thumbs up from me!

I needed an exterior faucet fixed, so I called and left a message for Brandon. He called right back, I explained the problem, he gave me an estimate of time and cost over the phone which sounded reasonable, and we set an appointment for him to stop by and get the work done when it was convenient for my wife and I. He showed up right on time and got the work done faster and cheaper than expected. Since he finished quickly, we also had him install a new faucet in our kitchen sink. Again he did the work quickly and professionally. We are very pleased to have him as a resource for any future plumbing problems and will not hesitate to call him again. Brandon Roberts is now our official plumbing guy!

I moved into a new home 6 months ago and was having issues with the water. We are on a well and had issues with hard water, iron, poor drinking water, etc. I had a water softener sitting in the basement that was not hooked up and appeared to be out of working order. In addition to the water softener, I had a guest bathroom that didn't have any hot water and a sink drain that needed fixing.

This was not a major fix but was certainly something I wanted to take care of sooner than later. It was difficult enough to have a reliable company come and give me an estimate during the week without taking off work. Once I did get a company out, I had a guy walking around my basement telling me how and quot;catastrophicand quot; the entire plumbing system was. I knew from experience that this was not the case and after him quoting me over $2000 for my small issues, I asked him to leave.

This is where Brandon comes into the picture. I was pretty fed up with feeling like I was going to be taken, and I happened to get referred to Heartland Plumbing by a co-worker. Brandon was very responsive to my inquiry and was out shortly thereafter, in the evening so I didn't have to take off work to take care of the issues. I purchased a water softener on my own so he just handled the installation of my new system. He was direct and provided quality work at a fair price...all that I would ever ask. In addition, he went above and beyond to come out early the next morning to finish the shower issue, which needed an additional part, because we were having company in the following day.

If you're feeling like you're being taken on plumbing issues, give Brandon a call. I now feel like I have a go-to for plumbing and sewer issues...which is a sense of relief in the event something major happens in the future.
